- Untapped Project Submissions: When you submit your tracks to the Untapped Project, we collect the MP3 files and associated artist/band information provided. We only use this data for the purpose of showcasing the artist/band and their tracks in our broadcast. Artists and bands retain full ownership rights to their content.
- Presenter Profiles: Presenter profiles on our website contain basic information such as: DJ Handle, country of origin, background information, their position/role at the station, and anything else they opt to publish. Other, personally identifying information, is not displayed to protect real-life identities and used for internal admin only.
- Cookies: We use browser session cookies to ensure the smooth functioning of our website and all login accounts. These cookies are temporary and expire when you close your browser (with the notable exception of the 'remember me' function at login).
- Passwords: Presenter and site membership accounts (when they become available) require passwords for validation and access. These are encrypted within the database and not visible to site admin, so please keep these safe and do not disclose them to anybody.

- Untapped Project Broadcast: The MP3 files and associated artist/band information submitted to the Untapped Project are used solely for the purpose of broadcasting your tracks on our shows; as permitted by, and in accordance with, our broadcasting license. This includes providing meta-data statistics to the PRS & PPL for royalty payment purposes. Contributing artists are strongly recommended to register with the PPL/PRS in order to receive their share of any royalties they may be due.
- Presenter Profiles: The information displayed in presenter profiles is used to provide background information about our presenters to website visitors.
